Can I see the campus before I decide?
Of course. Book a tour with the form below, and a member of the team will show you around and explain the spaces and plans.
What is the difference between an open desk and a private office?
An open desk is a desk with privacy screens in the shared area, from SAR 750 a month, SAR 75 a day or SAR 35 an hour. A private office is a closed, furnished room for 1 to 3 people with 24-hour access and your company name on the door, from SAR 4,000 to 7,000 a month depending on size.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude 15% VAT, and there are no setup fees.
What does the virtual office include?
A business address in Madinah, mail handling and licence processing for SAR 1,000 a month. Government fees are paid by the client.
How do I pay? Is there a deposit?
Pay upfront or in instalments through buy-now-pay-later providers at no extra cost. Private offices require a one-month deposit.
When can I move in?
The same day: sign the contract, pay, and the office is yours.
Can I book the meeting room if I'm not a member?
Yes. The room is open to members and non-members with advance booking, at SAR 100 an hour. It seats 9 and has a display screen.
How much does an office cost at The Founders?
Private offices cost SAR 4,000 to 7,000 a month depending on size, open desks in the coworking area SAR 750 a month, SAR 75 a day or SAR 35 an hour, and the virtual office SAR 1,000 a month. A 12-month contract includes 2 months free, and a 6-month contract half a month free.
I need a business address for my commercial registration. What are my options?
The virtual office gives you a business address in Madinah, including licence processing and mail handling, without renting an office. If you work from an open desk, you can add a business address for SAR 250 a month.
What are your opening hours?
Reception and support are open Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm. Private office members have 24-hour keycard access.
